This was my first visit to this provider and I was impressed with Dr. Lee, his expertise, and his ability to explain the issues of my injury. Dr. Lee presented all of the corrective options that are available to me in a manner that was clear for me to understand. In addition, while I sorted through those corrective options, I appreciated his patience as I expressed my various concerns before making that final treatment decision. Thank you Doctor Lee....

My worker's comp case manager should have given information to Dr Lee prior to our appointment so he was better prepared... I was surprised by the information as well, so I think Dr Lee handled it superbly by remaining calm, collected & expediently setting a solution in motion. Currently waiting for outcome. He is an exceptional listener (he hears & understands what I'm saying) & is forthright in his replies. These are qualities that I find outstanding in a physician.

I had a lot of questions about my condition and what to do. Dr. Lee took the time to listen to all of my concerns and questions. He clearly explained all of my options and offered sound advice. I look forward to seeing him again.

Dr. Lee was able to explain a few things to me that other doctors had not yet explained. He was optimistic about the break in my acromion being repaired, which I had previously been told was beyond repair. Very kind way about him, no condescension....liked him a great deal.

My primary physician didn't think my elbow could be repaired so I could play tennis again. Dr. Lee felt confident he could repair it. Once I am playing tennis again I will enjoy telling my primary physician he was wrong!

If you are looking for an experienced athletic professional doctor. This is the place to go. Upfront, clear of expectations of what you can do and not do. What I appreciate the most, is the doctor's coordination with the physical therapist. This is the key to a proper recovery which you don't receive anywhere else.

Dr. Lee is highly skilled - and my hand surgeon in Santa Barbara likes what he saw in the x-ray. I only wish we had someone like him up here. Even a surgeon who specializes in shoulders up here said he does not do the kind of surgery that I needed.

Brian Lee and his staff are professional and and full of kindness. Brian knows that spending time with his patients is very important. He is never in a hurry and I appreciate that. The staff made me laugh all the way into surgery. I never had that happen before and it really took the edge off. So awesome! I highly recommned Brian Lee for Shoulder repair and or replacement. Dr Lee did not rush through initial visit, he examined areas of concern and reviewed my case without dismissing my concerns. Explained thoroughly what to expect with additional surgery to correct damage from prior surgery by another physician, including tests that would be preformed to ensure best outcome.

The minute you walk in to the building to the waiting room to the receptionist they put you at ease in no time they’ll take you to your doctor few minutes later Doctor showed up has enough information before you get to me talk to you about your concern ask you questions and explains to you the issue you can’t ask for better thanks to all the staff

After looking at my previous MRI and listening to my prior problem 5 years ago and then giving me an exam he told me I need a new MRI and said it looks like a year of the bicep that was frayed and over time keep tearing and I need to get it repaired and he can do it. I am very very happy and feel very comfortable with him and respect and am thankful that I will get the best care!
